With this method you can only apply for Individual DSC’s.
Applicant must be an Aadhaar holder with updated Mobile Number
If mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar, process your DSC through PAN eKYC method
Select Get DSC Now
Select ‘Click Here’ option under "Download your Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC"
Mention Aadhaar number click submit and provide OTP received on registered number
Download your offline Aadhaar XML.zip by giving 1234 as share code
Click on Enrol & Apply DSC option from Paperless DSC Issuance (Main page)
Provide required details (Email verification code is sent to email ID in case email ID is not registered with Aadhaar)
Upload downloaded complete XML.zip file (offline Aadhaar XML) by providing share code and click on verify eKYC details
Select required DSC category, predefine challenge code as 123456 and submit (Mention Desired User name as PAN Number and Desired PIN as 123456)
Verify and eSign (Authenticate and perform eSign using eKYC Account credentials with OTP)
Complete video verification (For video verification, link will be sent to registered mail ID and registered phone number or Select video verification option after submitting details or Download ‘eMudhra Customer’ app)
Rs. 1400/- (RATE INCLUSIVE OF DSC TOKEN, ALL TAXES AND COURIER CHARGES)
PAN eKYC
Click on Enroll and Apply option and select PAN
Provide required details and click on next
Predefine challenge code as 123456 and submit
Upload your scanned copy of original Passport Size Photograph, PAN card and Address Proof (Photo should be in JPEG and PAN and Address Proof should be in PDF format)
Create eKYC login (Give Desired Username as PAN number and Desired PIN as 123456)
Verify and eSign (Authenticate and perform eSign using eKYC Account credentials with OTP)
Complete video verification

or Select video verification option after submitting details or Download ‘eMudhra Customer’ app)
It is mendetory to display original documents during video recording
