Follow the simple steps given below:

Apply
Take printout of application
Affix photograph and sign across photograph and in place required on form by applicant and other director with organizations seal (Signature should match with PAN card signature on all documents)
Produce required supporting documents as per type of organization (refer above table)
For Authority letter drafts and Board Resolution draft CLICK HERE or click on get templates *(Authority letters should be printed on organizations letter head)
Documents printed on letter head should be signed by applicant and any other director along with seal
Self-attest all the remaining documents along with seal
Scan the completed application form along with all supporting documents in only single PDF file format
Make payment
Mail scanned documents to support@srikaar.in (File size should not exceed 5 MB) along with name, address, contact number and payment details to deliver DSC token
Complete mobile & video verification
To complete video verification - Download e-mudhra customerapp on your smartphone or visit the link sent to your registered mail ID
Post all documents to given address

Rs. 4000/- (RATE INCLUSIVE OF DSC TOKEN, ALL TAXES AND COURIER CHARGES)

Rs.5200/- (RATE INCLUSIVE OF DSC TOKEN, ALL TAXES AND COURIER CHARGES)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note all the documents have to be self-attested by the applicant along with organizations seal.
Authority letter drafts and Board Resolution draft available under templates should be printed on organizations letter head and should be signed by applicant and other Director along with seal.

eKYC Based

Note:

With this method you can only apply for Individual DSC’s.
Applicant must be an Aadhaar holder with updated Mobile Number
If mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar, process your DSC through PAN eKYC method

Follow these steps to get DSC with Aadhaar eKYC:

Select Get DSC Now
Select ‘Click Here’ option under "Download your Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC"
Mention Aadhaar number click submit and provide OTP received on registered number
Download your offline Aadhaar XML.zip by giving 1234 as share code
Click on Enrol & Apply DSC option from Paperless DSC Issuance (Main page)
Provide required details
(Email verification code is sent to email ID in case email ID is not registered with Aadhaar)
Upload downloaded complete XML.zip file (offline Aadhaar XML) by providing share code and click on verify eKYC details
Select required DSC category, predefine challenge code as 123456 and submit
(Mention Desired User name as PAN Number and Desired PIN as 123456)
Verify and eSign (Authenticate and perform eSign using eKYC Account credentials with OTP)
Complete video verification
(For video verification, link will be sent to registered mail ID and registered phone number or Select video verification option after submitting details or Download ‘eMudhra Customer’ app)

Follow these steps to get DSC with PAN eKYC:

Click on Enroll and Apply option and select PAN
Provide required details and click on next
Predefine challenge code as 123456 and submit
Upload your scanned copy of original Passport Size Photograph, PAN card and Address Proof (Photo should be in JPEG and PAN and Address Proof should be in PDF format)
Create eKYC login (Give Desired Username as PAN number and Desired PIN as 123456)
Verify and eSign (Authenticate and perform eSign using eKYC Account credentials with OTP)
Complete video verification
(For video verification, link will be sent to registered mail ID and registered phone number
or Select video verification option after submitting details or Download ‘eMudhra Customer’ app)

Important Note:

It is mendetory to display original documents during video recording
